We want you to be happy with your Frienguide purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the premium guide. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Frienguide orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and use the order details on your purchase receipt, or
- Email us at frienguide@gmail.com and we'll help you through the process.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
